Our Father Which Art in Heaven You are directing this prayer to your Abba in Heaven. You are touching eternity. Ask God to enter into this experience of prayer as you align yourselves with Him.
Hallowed Be Thy Name He is holy and majestic.
Thy Kingdom Come on earth as it is in Heaven Pray for God’s kingdom to come to our city and to this neighborhood. Prayerfully imagine what a neighborhood under the rule of God might look like. What would that mean in any of these areas of your neighborhood’s health?

Government
Relationships among neighborhoods
Housing
Public spaces
Businesses
Poverty and wealth
Churches
Institutions
Entertainment
Specific issues of the neighborhood
Thy Will Be Done on earth as it is in Heaven. Pray for a willingness to seek God’s will. Pray for God’s will to be done. Pray for how you and your church fit into God’s plan for the neighborhood.
Give Us This Day, Our Daily Bread. What are the immediate and pressing needs of this neighborhood? What do the ministries and churches in this neighborhood need to meet the challenges?
Forgive Us Our Trespasses as We Forgive Those Who Trespass Against Us. How have our own sins of neglect or otherwise effected our witness to our neighborhood? God forgive us. Pray for reconciliation and the message of reconciliation and forgiveness between God and people to flow freely to your neighbors that they may find reconciled relationships with God. Pray for reconciliation between the neighbors in your neighborhood.
And Lead Us Not into Temptation. What are the great temptations to sin that plague your neighborhood and neighbors? Bring these to God. Ask God to tie Satan’s hands as he attempts to destroy your neighbor’s lives with temptation to sin. Ask God to deliver your neighborhood from the effects of systemic and multi-generational sin.
Deliver Us from Evil. Pray for divine protection for the people of your neighborhood.
